PRODUCTS

All products are described as accurately as possible with accurate detailing on the relevant product page. All of our products are handmade to order. Personalisation details shown on product pictures are intended as examples. We reserve the right to amend product descriptions at any time.

 

PERSONALISED DETAILS

You must ensure that personalised details are correctly entered into our Personalisation box at the time of order.   

 

It is important to check your confirmation of order email to ensure you have not made any mistakes 

 

Any mistakes made by you can be rectified if we are notified within 24hours by email.  

 

Any mistakes made by us will be rectified but must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods by email.

 

Please note, we DO NOT print details that include: defamatory, offensive, threatening, indecent, inflammatory or discriminatory content.

 

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES IF APPLICABLE

Some products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear online . We cannot guarantee that your  display of any color will be accurate on your device used to place order. 

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

In-line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations Part 3, Section 28 (b), we do not accept cancellations for our handmade to order or personalised items, however if you need to make any changes to your order if we are contacted in time as previously described, we will make the necessary alteration.

 

RETURNS 

All our products are handmade to order, we therefore do not accept returns in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations Part 3, Section 28 (b), however should your item be damaged in transit or for personalised items, that have a spelling error or damage it will be replaced.

  • Items that are NOT custom made or personalised can be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund.  The return postage cost is met by you the customer. Items must be returned to us in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

  • It is advised that you use a Courier next day service that will provide you with a tracking number. This will be evidence your return has been received by us. All intended returns must be reported to us in writing, by email within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

  • Gifts - If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you once we have received proof of purchase or order number relating to your gift

 

PROCESSING TIMES & POSTAGE

 

CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES:

All our processing times are in working days, we're very busy all year round so please make note of the processing times before placing your order.

PROCESSING:

Our time to process your order is upto 10working days from placing your order for personalised goods and 5 working days for non personalised goods, we try our very best to dispatch orders much sooner than this but during busy periods or with sudden large volumes in orders we sometimes have to stick to the full 10working days. Therefore if you ordered on a Thursday please count from Friday, If you ordered on a Saturday please count from Monday and so on.

 

DELIVERY

Please note dispatch is not the same as delivery, you will need to add Royal Mail's delivery times onto our dispatch time. Royal Mail delivery times are outside of our control and can be longer during peak seasons.

 

DELAYS IN TRANSIT LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

You will receive a notification by email when your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we cannot control the delivery timescales of Royal Mail or our couriers, if your order does not arrive when expected we urge you to wait a few more days in case your order comes slightly later.  In the unfortunate event that your order has been damaged whilst in transit you must report this to us within 24 hours of receiving your order, photographic evidence of the damage will be required via an email attachment.

 

For standard postal services with Royal Mail, they do not deem a parcel missing until after 28 days. At that point we can then raise a missing parcel claim with them.

 

Where possible we will give an option for signed for, special delivery at the cost of the customer to prevent any missing parcels especially at busy and peak times 

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes can only be applied at the time of your purchase, we're technically unable to apply a discount code after a transaction has taken place.  In-line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations Part 3, Section 28 (b), we do not accept cancellations for our handmade to order or personalised items.  However if you can identify the discount code that you've seen, we're more than happy to give you an exclusive code for a future purchase.

 

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update and make alterations to these terms at any time to ensure we keep updated with current policy and legislation. By using our website you accept that you will be responsible for ensuring you stay updated with any changes to our terms.

 

DISCLAIMER

Mia Bella Boxes will not be held responsible for any incidents arising from the misuse of any products purchased from us.

Mia Bella Boxes is committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use the information that we collect about you to process your order. The type of information we will hold about you includes:

  • your name

  • address

  • phone number

  • email address

This information will be used to dispatch your order and for notifications about your order, such as processing and dispatch info etc.

We accept all major Debit/Credit cards which are processed securely via WIX.

Card details are NOT stored and they cannot be viewed by Mia Bella Boxes.
